On Friday the 18th June, a group of 45 students went to the Globe Theatre in London to see Macbeth.

 During lunch we were able to spend a short while in the Tate Modern, the Tate had lots of interesting and unique art. 

At 2 pm, the play of Macbeth started, and we were all sat down ready to see the performance. I was really impressed, the effects were very graphic. However, had I not studied the play in school I would have been completely lost because of the complexity of the Shakespearean language.

Overall the trip was great and I know everyone enjoyed themselves.
