On Thursday, 21 May, a group of our Year 9 Travel and Tourism students participated in an insightful workshop at Paultons Park, focusing on the park's business operations. This experience seamlessly complemented their current curriculum, which explores various facets of the tourism industry.  Recently, our studies have centered on understanding customer needs and identifying trends within the tourism sector. The workshop at Paultons Park provided a practical case study as it highlighted the park's evolution over the years and the strategic rationale behind specific investments.  Following the workshop, students had the opportunity to explore the park's business operations firsthand. They were particularly impressed with the newly opened area, 'Valguard'. The students appreciated the notably short queue times, which is a key business objective for Paultons Park, allowing them to enjoy a greater number of attractions during their visit.
