Springfield Sixth Form Week

We have been so pleased to host Springfield Sixth Form 'Week' this week for our Year 11 leavers.  This engaging programme develops students understanding of higher education, careers opportunities, valuable life skills as well as some more creative sessions.  Students have signed up to sessions including criminology, extreme crocheting, 'The Great Egg Race Engineering Challenge' (a design technology challenge), CV writing, cookie decoration, book binding, sports, psychology, driving simulators, leavers' shirt decoration, games design and so much more!  Despite the high temperatures we were delighted that the students engaged so enthusiastically with the programme.  We look forward to welcoming everyone back to the rearranged 'Leavers' Event' on 9 July when they get together to celebrate their time at Springfield.
