Our school’s rewards group recently had the opportunity to attend an exhilarating day out at the Women's T20 World Cup, witnessing a thrilling match between New Zealand and Ireland.

The group of Year 7, 8 and 9 students, who were rewarded for their hard work and positive behavior, represented the school brilliantly. They were praised for being polite and enthusiastic throughout the day, showcasing the values we promote. For many, this was their first time watching cricket live, and they embraced the chance to experience the sport in person. The atmosphere of the stadium was electric, and the students enjoyed getting involved in the action.

This rewarding trip was more than just a day out; it celebrated the students' dedication and positive contributions to the school community. By attending the Women's T20 World Cup, the students not only expanded their understanding of cricket but also experienced the excitement and unity that sports can bring.

Overall, the trip was a resounding success, highlighting the importance of recognising and rewarding exemplary behaviour in our school.
